Okay funny but annoying thing I’ve seen regarding differences in how transmascs and transfems are treated / oppressed / seen....
A lot of when transmascs / transmen / afab nonbinary people talk about their tits or pussy in a positive non-dysphoric way about it, or hell, don’t bind for their own reasons (like medical problems for example), they are shamed, degraded, misgendered and/or treated as if they’re just cisgirls who want attention or to “be oppressed”. Like with the whole “when the bitch who has massive fucking boobies wants to be called he/they!!1!1!1!!1!1!1!1” trend for example. Yes there’s chasers for transmascs / transmen too, but chaserism isn’t positivity. It’s just fetishism.
But when transfems / transwomen talk about their penis, they’re not given the same treatment. Sure there’s regular ol’ transmisogynists / transphobes who’ll yell ”””ywnbaw””” or whatever and people who simply like them because they’re nasty fetishists BUT I feel like theres still people who act really positive / supportive (with good intentions) in contrast, something that afab trans people often never see when they do something similar about their bodies...
Transmascs, transmen and sometimes afab enbies 98% of the time are either get shamed/fakeclaimed for liking/being okay with their body en masse or fetishized about it.
Kinda just tired about that double standard.
Off topic-ish glad the gross treatment towards transmascs / transmen / any thing close to that and transandrophobia in general is slowly becoming more acknowledged and treated seriously. Slowly but surely.
