How can I customize blog posts?

you click on the button to the left that looks like this "<>"  and once you click it you insert whatever code you have! Then it turns into and eye, once you click the eye you will be able to see your inserted code(what it looks like).

Now if your asking for a specific layout/code I can't really help, im trying to create one myself but I haven't gotten so far lol.
