how to play mafia!!

mafia is a forum game in which there are two groups: the mafia (usually only one player) and the civillians (usually everyone else).

in the game of mafia, there are two phases: day and night. in the night phase, the mafia will choose to kill one civillian. in the day phase, it is revealed who has died, and there will be a vote for who everyone believes is a member of the mafia. the person with the most votes is removed from the game.

how to sign up for mafia!!

you can sign up by commenting that you want to join under this post and sending me a friend request (if we're not already friends). you have until 6:30 pm EST tomorrow (saturday, april 27) to sign up.

after everyone is in the game, i will dm one random member to tell them they are the mafia member. the game will start during the night phase, meaning the mafia member will immediately be allowed to kill someone.

after this, the day's vote will begin. the game will continue until only one civillian and the mafia member are left (mafia win) or until the mafia member is voted out (civillian win)
