Anyone else have this issue?

Every time I change something on my Neocities, save it and go to view the changes I can't see them? I've already contacted Neocities but they don't see anything wrong. This issue is going on for a while and is getting quite annoying. I have to wait a whole day to see any changes I made. So if something isn't working I have to wait a day to be able to notice a problem and then another day to see if I was able to fix it.

Anyone else have this issue? Or anyone know what may be causing it?
