Wondering about other people's favorite bands, bandmen & songs from visual kei artists. It could be from any subgenre, era or active/disbanded bands. I don't see a lot of people into visual kei in general, and I hold the genre very near and dear to my heart (if you couldn't tell.) After checking, Malice Mizer only has about 100k listeners maximum on websites like lastfm as of recent. It's not a small number, but it feels like it on occasion.
My personal favorites would be Kiryu and Mejibray (Malice Mizer is.. a given,) but I enjoy quite a few bands. I've been listening to XAAXAA a lot recently, as well as a very small group called 'Room201' or 201 Goushitsu from 2023.
