how do i make the gif isn't at the end of the profile, but for example in the line where u can write ur favorite music or movies? i tried to insert a link to the gif there, but in the profile it was displayed as a link, not a gif (#><)

Using the img tag worked for me, if the tag wasn't what you were using before: <img src="insert direct url here">
If you were using the tag, though, sorry, I have no clue u_u could probably be an issue with the code you already have in your profile...?
