Magic the Gathering Commander Preferences

i feel like i hear a lot about how people prefer to play commander with thinks like rule 0 discussions and power levels and so on. i was wondering what others thought because you mostly hear about these things from content creators (for me mainly the command zone) but these people tend to have all the cards and staples so what are some things you rule 0 or commanders you have banned and the stories behind why that is?
