I want to use my interest and link space for a video

At the bottom right of my profile sits an interest and link space, however I wanna remove these and replace it with a singular video. I know how to insert videos and remove those two things, I just have no idea how I get the video to get placed there. Im not familiar with HTML codes much, can anyone help?
