Why is there sometimes autistic friendly fire

I've personally experienced this and it's very confusing, I have a couple of guesses like the bully feels a feeling of superiority or is seeking approval from allistic people but I don't have enough information, I didn't bother psychoanalyzing my bully that much. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this situation? I've noticed it's mostly Autistic people that know how to mask better than other Autistic people that commit friendly fire but I've seen situations where there wasn't that difference.
