i am verified, when i try to upload my now cropped to death photo it says that either the site is unavailable at this time or has been moved. anyone know how to fix it so people don't think i am a no face creep?

Have you tried uploading other pics? It could just be that specific pic that's the issue, especially if it kept being cropped :o
Though, I don't really know much else to say since I never had that issue. I also am on a mobile browser and so I simply just have to pick a photo in my phone's folders (I assume it would be the same on desktop but since you mentioned the pic's website having issues, I guess not?) If anything else, you could just change to the pic on your phone if you have the option
Maybe you could even own the no-profile look! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
