You can look at the Layouts section since that's where user-made profile layouts are! Each layout gives out the code needed to make your profile look like the layout and all you need to do is copy-and-paste the code into a section, such as About Me.

However, if you wanna make your own layout, you're pretty much gonna have to teach yourself some HTML coding. I unfortunately am not a very good teacher but it's not hard to search for stuff online that teaches you the basics! You can also join the HTML Group on here, as they have some basic HTML code you can use. That and/or you can just post your questions here, though responses can be quite slow lol
