Hi!!!! French Housers !! (◑◡◑) ⭐

In this little thread im sharing a frenchy track that i liked every week or so! :P
this ain't just limited to daft house, im sharing a dope song that vibes in a similar zone!!!!

For the robotic personas fans, or just a super duper hyper fan or the mainstreams/popular tracks, sorry (• ▽ •;)!! i'm going to mostly avoid the well known stuff!! I will give more preference to obscure... or at least something that doesn't belong in the main five (DP, Roulé, Cryda, Stardust, Together), i'll only share soundcloud or youtube links here.

The first track I'm sharing is a remix of a classic, Fresh, DP took the definition of the word and synthesized into a track, it feels like you're winding down after an stressful moment and calmly reflecting over it with a sense of relief, the specific part of the sample is taken from the lyric: "Ooooh oooh oh no, Baby please don't go, [the sampled humming]" and is repeated over and over, so it gives the impression of the thought of heart break being looped again and again, but from a serene and level minded perspective.

Anyways, here's a remix of a remix of this song with its frenchness and housiness upped to eleven, i love the way agrume processes their drums and the swingy beat.

Also, there's apparently also a music video???

This is a recent release (2 months ago!), it got a bunch of attention but i like to give more attention to recent artists, the phantom's revenge sounds super fresh and varied, i like their hard hitting sound, anyways, happy easter and happy trans visibility day!

ev.exi is one of my favorite artists, this one is not french house but it is a mix of future funk and french electro, im not that much of a fan of the main sample loop but if you don't vibe with it at least skip the 2:40 the drop is crazy good.

(bandcamp embed because i could not handle how bad the youtube compression was, future funk with the high ends squashed is like an angel without wings)

I think this one is pretty cool, it's rare to see french touch tracks with vocals made specifically for the song, the older mr hoosteen stuff can be super repetitive to listen to, not even I, someone who likes some awfully repetitive tracks like Vertigo (roulé), can listen to these tracks for more than a few minutes, not that it's bad but holy bonkers they're long
Anyways, this track is super fresh and cool
