The first track I'm sharing is a remix of a classic, Fresh, DP took the definition of the word and synthesized into a track, it feels like you're winding down after an stressful moment and calmly reflecting over it with a sense of relief, the specific part of the sample is taken from the lyric: "Ooooh oooh oh no, Baby please don't go, [the sampled humming]" and is repeated over and over, so it gives the impression of the thought of heart break being looped again and again, but from a serene and level minded perspective.

Anyways, here's a remix of a remix of this song with its frenchness and housiness upped to eleven, i love the way agrume processes their drums and the swingy beat.

This is a recent release (2 months ago!), it got a bunch of attention but i like to give more attention to recent artists, the phantom's revenge sounds super fresh and varied, i like their hard hitting sound, anyways, happy easter and happy trans visibility day!

ev.exi is one of my favorite artists, this one is not french house but it is a mix of future funk and french electro, im not that much of a fan of the main sample loop but if you don't vibe with it at least skip the 2:40 the drop is crazy good.
