Buying a House (Zillow Haven)

I'm planning on buying a house by the end of the year, so I'm going to post some houses and what I would do with them. Also may even add some inspo

*150k or less

*Must be a fixer upper

*3 or 4 bedrooms

*Perferably out of the way
