Need help accessing the HTML code for internet bumper stickers

Hey! Im making my own website and I've been using sad girls website to help me (its amazing) but in her link directory she has a website called internet bumper stickers and they have a lot of cute stickers which are perfect for my site! I just don't understand how to get the html code for them??? I'll include the link- can anyone help? maybe there's something I'm missing, thanks

Assuming you're using neocities, aside from getting the img address from somebody else, you could download it then upload it to your site from the neocities dashboard . Simple from there as putting "(file name).png" instead of a whole link
