Extreme horror recs?

I want to get into extreme horror, but a lot of easily accessible books just seem poorly written. Any suggestions? I really enjoyed Frisk and Exquisite Corpse (of course, the queer ones).

The Slob by Aron Beauregard is truly disgusting. Truly the only book to make me gag and want to die. Very fast-paced and plot-driven. 

Dead Inside by Chandler Morrison is fun. Very weird and disturbing, but I couldn't put it down. The end had me say, "holy shit" out loud.

This is more bizarro fiction, but Cows by Matt Stokoe is... something else lmao.
