Okay, I have uninstalled Minecraft. From 8 March to 18 March 2024. I can't lose my map, it's very, very important to me. I get very stressed if my map is lost. I will play the same world seed later, I've noted it down.

back the world up, post it to google drive or place it on a second hard drive and keep it there for as long as you need it to be.

make daily backups, weekly checkups, all that stuff.

don't gotta worry if you do that.
