help w/ changing the colorz of the interestz section? :P

i already have the text colors done, i just dont know how 2 change the color of the header and the bg colorz of the section. i would also appreciate if i could get help w/ changing the colors of the blurbs, friends, & comments sections, as well as the red text. im very new 2 coding my own layout, so im thankful 2 any1 who can help!

edit: managed 2 change the bg colors of the headers, still confused on the red text and interests section bgs

edit 2: figured out the main interests bgs, decided im keeping the red text, but what abt the header bgs on the interests section?
