Theres this application called Flashpoint where you can download any flash game and play it on your pc. Its free and alot of fun, has most of the stuff you could ever want

I know anther place for flash games and much more
I'll assume that you know about this lovely site and also the fact that it has a flash player with like over a thousand of old 2000 flash video & games
