what's ur tmnt hot take? mine is

bayverse >>> 2007 movie

i did not like the 2007 movie at ALL leo was such a fucking narc and everything except the leo and raph conflict was like. meh. 

i thought that the scene where donnie was taking phone calls was hilarious tho

raph deserves better in that movie but like tbh they all do

bayverse is v much like. if the marvel got their hands on tmnt. it was fine. i thought it was funny at points. it was way better than 2007.

raph form bayverse is top 2 raphs and donnie from bayverse was top 4 donnies. i think that megan fox didn't quite find her footing until the sequel but when she did, she did pretty okay as april!

i agree that bayverse was overhated!! maybe not the best iterations but it had its charm. I think the turtles' personalities fit pretty well in the movies, even more than some other iterations of them (looking at you 2012 donnie) bayverse had its weird aspects like the whole thing with april but yea. I love love love bayverse donnie n raph!!


ngl I haven't watched 2007 so idk how I can compare it to bayverse but from what I've seen its basically abt raph n leo which is not that bad if you like them but as a whole for the rest of the characters maybe there could be more for them (idk!!! i haven't seen it!!!)
