vinted is really good for cheap clothes
charity and thrift shops are where i buy all of my clothes cos they have lasting quality unlike cheap _shien etc clothing. it's made to break but things that are secondhand are standing thru time so its where you find most 2000s clothing
scene is so diy it's all about layering and accessories
you dont need fancy clothing to make a scene look
go heavy on the accessories and cheap layers
