Who's Going To FWA 2024? FWA 2025??

For past congoers, how do you all plan out trips to go to conventions that are far away? From planning, booking in advance, hotel rooms, etc. I want to go to FWA 2025 but have no idea where to start honestly... Also who's going because I'd love to take pics and hang out with mutuals :3
