Okay so this is gonna be a LONG one due to the pure amount of websites so buckle up!!
So pretty much there is a bunch of websites/'blog entries' that you're able to find with stuff like attacks or character designs for something!
The first one is deltarune.com/man/, when you look up at the tab it says "*(Behind the tree.).". This is pretty much just a dark room with the tree where the strange man (many people think it's Gaster) gives you an egg. It doesn't really reveal much but still interesting!
Next is deltarune.com/lancer/, the tab says "You're the Annoying Now Dog!". The page is a photo of a teeny weenie Lancer, and when clicked on it puts him all over the screen spinning with text saying "HO HO HO!!! YOU JUST GOT LANCERED!!!" It also plays an audio. Again probably not revealing anything and if so probably just the sprite. XD
Then theres deltarune.com/sighting/, this was mentioned in the last part - Spamton Sweepstakes - the tab says "SIGHTING 1997" Its a link of Spamton on a toilet that gets zoomed into and when you click the screen it changes to a different photo still zooming but also playing the music you hear in the chapter 2 basement in Queens castle. Again, not revealing anything other than Spamton taking a fat dump. LOL
Next, deltarune.com/dess/, the tab says "* (It's a red guitar.)". Its a red guitar and when you click on it it plays a song, I'm pretty sure it's the song that plays when Noelle is talking to Kris about the past when they were little kids but I could be wrong. When you click on it again the music stops. Now, if you don't know Dess is Noelle's sister who is either dead or missing, this is interesting as we don't know too much about Dess, so maybe she played that guitar? Now theres also something noteable is that it has the same style of text as the man behind the tree one, who people think is Gaster. Even without that people have thought that Dess is in the void with Gaster, but this helps that theory a lot, and thats very much a possibility but knowing Toby Fox, he could just be trolling us and just says she was at college like Azzy lol.
Then theres deltarune.com/shadowmen/, Like the Lancer one the tab says "You're the Annoying Now Dog!". It shows a battle sequence - probably for chapter 3 - of Kris, Susie, and Ralsei, there are also Shadowmen in their socks. Kris, Susie, and Ralsei seem to be dressed as mobsters, when you click on the screen it starts moving, playing battle music thats different, it shows the ACT you can do, which is trying to keep the target on one and shooting heart bullets at it, after that it plays their attacks which are Playing the sax w/ sheet music sorta thing and the other shoots bullets (literally) out a gun. This mainly just reveals a battle we'll probably experience in chapter 3. 
Next is, deltarune.com/dog/, the tab says "HALL OF FAME" when first seeing it it shows a blank, golden photo frame and plaque underneath, when you click it shows an image of Toby/Annoying Dog in the frame, with the plaque underneath saying "BEST INU" (whichh he is). It plays a celebratory audio which I THINK, is the Annoying Dog song. Doesn't reveal anything but if you click it goes back to blank and pauses the music.
Then, deltarune.com/secret/, this can be found on the Spamton Sweepstakes in one of the popups, the tab says "What's behind door number one?". It shows a bunch of cupboards, or doors, when you click on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 14th, and 16th it opens the locker(?) and plays a gasp sound and the tab for a second changes to say "Try again!", as for the 2nd door it changes to a photo of plush Ralsei with an audio playing 'Aww' over and over (BECAUSE HE'S THE FLUFFIEST BOY EVER!) the tab also changes to "You won!". Behind the 7th door there's a photo of a pipis with a gasping audio playing, the tab changes to "You lost!". Behind door 12 there's a photo of a gum-ball machine thats empty, there a complaining "aww" audio playing and the tab says "You won!". Behind 13 theres a small screenshot of a Wikipedia page that I'll put under this paragraph. The tab says "You won, and the same "aww" sound as before plays. Last but not least the 15th one it stops for a second on the door open before taking you to a different page: deltarune.com/chair/, before it swaps to that the tab says "You won?". It shows a photo of a chair with something like a towel or blanket on it, the tab says, "But what if it could...". When you click on the chair it changes to a photo of Spamtons eyes staring at you for a split second before it takes you to the Spamton Sweepstakes, if you go back and press on the chair again the kinda disappears or something leaving an outline of it(?) playing an audio that plays at some points in waterfall in Undertale, and the tab says "...get darker than dark?"
Now heres! deltarune.com/secretpipis/!! Its pretty much as the pipis thing before except it plays the audio when you click on it. (so I'm not putting a photo of it a 2nd time :3) This can be found of the Sweepstakes website when you click on the casino 'popup'.
After that we got deltarune.com/icee/, the tab says "Have you seen him?". It can be found on the Sweepstakes site, at the 'popup' on the bottom of the page, It has an account of Noelle telling a story of seeing something scary related to Ice-e:
Dess (Noelles sister) is mentioned along with Kris and Asriel, this means this was obviously posted when they were kids. The start shows that most of the sightings probably come from Noelle as we do know she is scared of him from the game, this gives a bit more back story to the characters which is cool but something interesting is the bottom "For those that enjoyed these sightings, be sure to take a look at the ones from her sister."... The word sister from that is a link which I'll talk about now.
deltarune.com/december/, something I forgot to mention is Dess is short for December hence this sites name. Anyway the tab says "HTTP 404 Not Found" meaning the site was taken down or something? This feeds the fire to Dess is in the void theory which I'll talk about in my last part of this series. Anyway the page shows this:
It looks just like any 'can't be found page' but anyway, when you press on the first link it takes you to the deltarune website deltarune.com, the second link takes you back to the sightings page, and the last one isn't even a link lol. But yeah so these two give one, back story, and two, more info to feed the fire of void Dess, but something crossing that out is that everyone remembers her? In Undertale the only people who talk about Gaster are the goners, and the only ref we have for him (which might not even be him) is man behind the tree. It could be different for the universes or maybe they just don't talk about him because or the core incident, but i doubt is because it's also a known fact he was erased from all timelines? anyway ill stop now because I need to save the rest for theories part ><
Anyway I'm not done with the links I just don't want to keep scrolling up to the top to add a link so go to the next part if ur not bored and feel free to look at the links and re-read this no matter how much you hate it <33!
