Anyone else get buzzed from Monster?

I know this may sound weird, but something I've noticed is how when I drink a can of Monster (not from the Ultra line, though, since Ultra doesn't really do anything to me), I get sorta buzzed for a few hours or so before it wears off. It's like a mild stimulant that also somewhat improves my mood until it wears off. It's like a mildly stimulating, yet also relaxing version of nitrous oxide (which I've had quite a few times for dental and oral surgery procedures). Does anyone else here also experience this?

There must be some sort of ingredient in Monster (particularly the Reserve and Juice lines as well as the original) that does this to me that the Ultra line and other caffeinated beverages fail to do for me.
