i really recomment charity\thrift stores
there's lots of original sceney clothing in there
BUT
the main thing is layering and making your own looks
have lots of layers
thick belts
accessories
mix and match with lots of different clothing items for your looks
ebay has good clothes as well as vinted or depop but depop really overcharge for 2000s clothes hence my favourite place being charity stores
