definitely not necessary for you to live, BUT if you want to focus or you know that your symptoms severely disrupt your everyday life then maybe think about taking them however take my advice lightly as i don't know you personally nor do i know much about the effects of multiple medications at once. stay safe!!! ^^

for some people, adhd medication helps them function, and they're well kept up with by a doctor and everything, and so it works! but someone i know got addicted and was basically a zombie, so it defo wasn't for him. in my case, it helped a lot when i was in school! but when i started working full-time, vyvanse made shifts very long and unbearable. so on the same dose, i would function better without it instead of with, depending on the job i did.

there's nothing wrong with trying for a few months and seeing how that goes! because obvi it's different for everyone.
