Check out Skrape, they were a nu metal band that never got really big but they have some crazy music. Their singer is amazing 

folder, spike1000, sugarcoma, dreadlock pussy, dry kill logic, clown, spineshank, otep, human waste project (less of a nu sound but they were part of the scene when they were active... n I love them)
