Help me find the first horror movie saw.

I don’t remember much of the movie, just some scenes. Im pretty sure I saw it sometime in 2009 so it’s quite old. If I remember correctly it the plot was about a group of friends who where on a trip or somethings and had to stay in a hotel deep in the woods, the owners of the hotel ended up being crazy psychos who tried to kill them and marry one of the guy or girl of the group to one of their kids ( I don’t remember which way it was). One of the scenes I remember more vividly is when 2 or 3 of the guy friends where trying to run away, they got inside of some kind of sewerage system and some kind of short creatures (or maybe just short people) where chasing them with axes and weapons, I think they ended up cutting one of the guys head of.

I know that a really bad description but that all I can remember, I don’t think it’s a popular movie since I’ve searched for it over the years and never found it but I’m hoping that some hardcore fan will know what I’m talking about.
