thanks for the replies !! question about the whole a game can be free if you really want it to be;; my poor laptop probably has a billion bugs and whatnot from me watching films on pirate sites so i'm kinda wary about picking up any more, is there a site i can use that's not too buggy or are all pirate sites equeally shitty for ur device? lol

"or are all pirate sites equally shitty for ur device?"

absolutely not, I've been downloading pirated movies, series and video-games since I was 12 and I've never gotten my PC infected; you just have know where to get your stuff.

I don't like sharing stuff publicly like this, if you really want to know, send me a DM; I'll point you in the right direction.

ik you already got a response, but one my standout games of 2023 was Killer Frequency-- genuinely enthralling horror/sim game that takes the perspective of a radio show host amidst the reign of terror of a slasher villain--think being a side character in a dozen different slasher stories as they play into a wider nightlong mystery.

its mostly audio-based, and its a game thats best experienced the first time around, so i wouldn't buy it per se, but yea its worth a look :) isnt too too intensive either

(additionally: its extremely atmospheric, so i recommend setting aside a few hours to do it in one sitting. genuinely amazing.)
