for about 2 years now, I've been having constant, and painful migraines. i've been put on two different medications since I've first been diagnosed: Naproxen, and Amitriptyline (which really messed me up for a while)
Since I'm a minor, i'm not taking any other prevention medication (i.e. Nurtec ODT)
if anyone else on this site gets them, let me know what you do to help ease/prevent them (if that's with, or without medication)

oof i also got chronic migraines. i got put on cyproheptadine like a month or two ago to prevent them. i was on 4mg at first but it didn't really do anything for me so i'm on 8mg. i guess i got less of them now? most i feel like it does is make them hurt less so that i can just ignore them and power through. if it does hurt a lot i take over the counter eccedrin, usually gets the job done for me

Been drinking enough water? 2L a day is what they say, you'd be surprised how many issues can be solved by drinking water.
