Accidentally opened a link that sent me to it (said it was temp mail), had a video on the page but didn't click it, clicked off and went back to spacehey (android phone) this happened just a few mins ago nothing sus yet

Is it tracking me?? I looked it up and a site popped up saying it's a tracking service or is it a music service or smth

Or is it malware or spyware I don't want that shit on my phone
