they are the #1 problem plaguing the site right now, and will only get worse until An finds some way to deal with them. and i don't just mean ad bots, i mean whole forum threads that are nothing but ChatGPT going back and forth with itself
thankfully the bots are pretty easy to spot on spacehey. their profiles are always empty and ChatGPT/other bot's way of typing is very easy to spot once you realize how they talk, but their posts are clutter making it more difficult to interact with actual humans. the entire point of using this site instead of engagement-driven algorithmic mainstream social media.
AI are digital pollution.
