Where to shop?

I have no idea where to find affordable, cute, and sustainable clothing!!! ugh tell me why everything is so expensive or so fucking ugly fast fashion cheaply made shit. What happened when the gap was just the gap and wasn't getting so trendy and gross. Remember when aeropostale was good, remember when Holister was not trendy and was just clothes?? ugh i wish that like you could buy celeb casual off the rack for a normal price. Why is everything custom? ugh why cant like we go back to the 2000's when you could buy what they were wearing?? ugh i like needa know where the instagram depop sellers are getting there shit. Thrifting in my area sucks cuz its not the typa area for fashion. anyways if anyone can teach me the magic ways of how to depop shop like a pro or just send me a website that would help. the aesthetic i want is like Cher from the 70's and like Lady Gaga meets streetwear.

Ebay and etsy are genuinely decent at finding some cool stuff, esp if you're into older clothing. If you're fine with used clothing, sorting by used usually gets rid of all those dropshipping insane obviously from aliexpress things on ebay! I've heard etsy also has some good 2nd hand clothing. Depop is good but honestly id personally avoid looking at anything labeled as vintage if you're wanting just clothes and not some specific item, just dig til you find something you like because theres sooo many people price gouging random shit that you could get from an actual thrift for like 5-10$ or are just shein resellings. there's also a place named RustyZipper that ive heard of but never personally used, I think their prices are more up there in the 30-50$ range as well.

yard sales, estate sales, thrift stores, make your own (learn to sew), host a clothing swap, buy bulk lots from ebay, etc
