If anyone is familiar with bitlocker please help me lol

I’m trying to get into my old hard drive but bitlocker wants me to put in my *48 digit long key* in. I pasted my key in but it said it didn’t match to the drive. Please don’t tell me I need to go back on my old laptop because it’s taken completely apart and it would be unusable anyway.

  • double check the length of what you're typing in to make sure you got all of the characters
  • rather than pasting, type each character individually yourself. It's possible that by pasting you're unintentionally including some kind of invisible formatting character without knowing
