 hi littles! I rlly struggle with anxiety so I thought that agre could really help me. I’m thinking of regressing today but i need some help because I’m not rlly sure what to do I don’t know what age i want to regress too and i want to clean myself but i find it really hard to do that on my own and i don’t rlly have any kids foods or things in the house and i think if i asked for ice cream or anything i would get yelled at how do i explain to my parents what age regression is
