Neon colours, animal prints, clashing patterns, fishnet gloves, plastic tiaras, shade glasses, knee high converse, vans or converse or similar shoes, kandi, spiked bracelets, hair pins, hair bands, ripped/patterned tights etc.
Hope some of these give you an idea!
