afaik scene queen was just a term to call scene people(mostly girls), not really seperate from scene fashion itself? could you elaborate on what you meant? if you mean like those one girls you see like alex dorame or kiki kannibal then a staple of being a scene queen was having really big hair, lots of iron-in feathers or those raccoon tails (some people dyed the pattern tho), and most of the clothing was bright graphic t's with short shorts or short skirts, sometimes tights but they'd always be ripped. iirc i think knee high converse were a thing for my sister but i dont know if they were popular, fuzzy boots were though. Tights/leggings with red checkards or striped ones, some people wore poofy skirts made of cheap like chiffon material. Big bows in your hair once its teased too! I'd say if you wanted to dress like them you could look at popular myspace influencers from back then. I hope this is what u meant! I wouldn't worry too hard on thinking on a difference if you already know what scene is, because i dont rlly know what you mean by asking how to dress scene queen instead of scene?  sorry if any of this is wrong and not what u were looking for :D!!!

(pic below is kiki kannibal, I think she still does internet stuff but looks way different)

i was there at the time, so basically 'scene queen' was a *slightly* derogatory term for an emo girl who took it wayyyy too far in terms of attention seeking and drama whoring lol (nad of course the extremely exaggerated looks)
