In love with co-worker

Hey Im single but there is a person. I have been single for a very long time and wasn't really looking for anything but this person (who will not be named(Pra***)) came into my life and started a fling. BIG TWIST GUYS, I like someone else in the store. Well more like love. We just have such a better vibe, late night discord calls. We even have nickames for each other (I call him pookie, Cringe i know).  They are on counter and I am in telco how do i approach this. Any tips welcome! .
