my hyperfixations atm... well they kinda died down :> butttttttt I LOOOOOVE frank dillane atm, he's an actor and singer and i have been listening to his music a lot lately!! also i've been fixating (idk if it's an hyperfix atm!!) on metal music, SPECIFICALLY THE BAND AVATAR. OH MY I LOVE THEM SM. fun fact abt the members is that they're all vegan :3 

i usually have more intense or just in general more hyperfixes, it feels kinda lonely atm hafjhhasjhfjah BUT I AM HAPPY STILL!!!!

I have huge hyperfixations on fanfics and music! I've had them for years. I love reading an emotional/deep/philosophical fanfiction paired with some music when I'm bored! Or reading something short and funny when I'm sad. There are just so much fanfic and music I can read/listen to! I love imagining my favorite characters in all these different scenarios and so many fanfic writers are talented and hard-working, you can really feel the effort they put into their fics! A lot of fanfiction authors also write fanfiction as a coping mechanism or something to comfort them and I think it's wonderful that people can take their struggles and turn it into something that can not only comfort them(the author) but also bring happiness to others! I feel the same way about music too, I think both writing and music are wonderful artforms and I connect with them so much! 

My current hyperfixation is Little Big planet

I've loved. Both games since I was young and recently got back into to it, it's so nostalgic for me and I really adore the game XD I love Sackboy and all the other characters and the creative level designs!! And especially the MUSIC! It makes me so happy and can't contain it idk it the music gives me so much joy and energy especially after not hearing it since I was like 6

as i told my partner; "i 'browse the internet all day,' as an activity, all the time, but this is the first all-day browse where i feel like i've actually gone on a goddamned voyage"

My hyperfixations are school bus graveyard and studio investigative.

School bus graveyard is a really good webtoon I love the story line and the story is at its climax and there so many cliffhangers it’s brutal and the way the characters are written I just love it!

Studio Investigative is a series of games made by racheldrawsthis and I have played all of them and I love them sm I wish there was more to them so I’m stuck currently feeding off of fanfics and fanart

its a musical by melliot about three queer students of color at an elite university who go to extreme lengths to win a coveted graduation prize! its all ive been thinking about since like September loll! i do highly recommend it if you like musicals!

This hyper fixation is a bit of a boring one but I hyper fixate on being factual, I try my hardest to be factual because I hate unnecessary lies and I dislike confusion or obfuscation of ideas. I do find my self fixating on this to my own detriment though, I am human so I will at times be irrational, and when I am irrational, I feel devastated when I come to that realization.

I try hard not to come across as a "uhm, akshually" type person and this kind of balance brings a lot of stress because I want to present facts rather than abstractions on a topic I'm discussing, but I don't want to present it in an unpalatable way, I care about people understanding things because I know for a fact anyone can learn anything, so if I know something they don't, I find my self obligated to try to share whatever I have with them. Growing up this mentality was expressed in a very assholish way but right now it is a bit better, im still trying to improve.

I have other special interests like video games and art as an example but they all funnel into this overarching one, I like video games because of the process of learning a logic system for a world that someone constructed for your enjoyment, I like art because it expresses the minds of its creators, and if it happens to be very ubiquitous in a culture, that then tells you a small bit of information as to what the minds of that culture is, it brings you a bit closer to understanding those things, art isn't the only thing you should refer to tho.
