Layout and cool content code generator websites

I've been trying to use pimp my profile and other websites for creating layouts for my profile. When I copy and paste the code it doesn't work on here. Why?

What websites do you use for generators and cool things for your profile?

It was nothing to pull together a profile when MySpace was a thing. I like spacehey but its kinda aggravating when I can't use my old faves when it came to creating a profile.
