how do i get my parents to let me wear MAKEUP??? its so stupid!! i just want eye makeup, thats it. no concealer, no foundation, just my silly eyes so i can do emo raccoon eyes :(((

depends what your parents arguments against you wearing makeup are. My biggest tip is just do it without them knowing, that what I used to do lol

Ask for eyeliner or mascara first, it can be black or brown, I prefer liquid because its not as harsh on the skin. That's a way to get them to slowly accept what you want to try out. I only do stuff to my eyes too :)
