I had to quit for my own reasons and I’m not gonna try and convince anyone to get sober I just want to share what my withdrawal experience was like. Which it was ABSOLUTE ASS. I was constantly extremely anxious, had aches/pains in my ribs and chest, and the worst brain fog I’ve ever experienced. I only smoked for 3 years but I was an extremely heavy smoker. I had to quit bc I stopped getting high and just greened out each time I tried to, but when I was sober I still felt awful. Anyways it took me literally 2.5 months to actually feel normal again. I would love to smoke again but after going through the withdrawal I don’t think I’ll smoke again for a very long time, and when I do I won’t smoke as much as before. I also want to clarify that my experience near the end of me smoking doesn’t happen to everyone, some people can smoke for decades and never face the problems I did , it all has to do with genetics, where you are mentally, and how much you are smoking.
