what the heck is the difference between weirdcore and dreamcore???

Good question! Here’s my take, idk if it’s good.

Weirdcore: focuses more on combining both feelings of nostalgia and uneasiness. It uses stuff that some feel nostalgic for with odd things(like opening the door of a house to see no ground, only air)

Dreamcore: focuses more on dreams and doesn’t focus on the uneasiness. It focuses on showing the dream likeness in the images, (like a rainbow road in the sea instead of the ocean idk)

I think that weirdcore is more focused on being pretty unssetling or odd while dreamcore is more focused on being conforting.
