I find it really hard to not mimic accents, like someone walks in talking in an accent and out of nowhere i start talking in it. Also when someone pronounces something wrong or different, I start repeating it or just pronouncing it like that. like how i pronounce sharpie as skerple, and scissors as skizzrz. I just want to know if anyone else does this.

i do this too and i get so embarassed bc i dont want the person to think im making fun of them or anything FGHJHGFVGHJK
i heard cinderella said like cillerenda once and now i can never pronounce it right, same thing with new york i say "you nork"

actually, this is a common thing for people with autism :) so yes, tons of people do it too. i do it a little too, and mimic people's pronounciations and tones when speaking. i try to avoid mimicing accents, as it can often be rude.
