Is a huge amount of dust inside of a laptop could be the reason for a blue screen of death?

I have a laptop of mine. Today it started acting weird. It bluescreens after 30-60 seconds. It also cannot reboot itself after reaching 100% of collecting error data completion. Plus, whenever the laptop is active, it makes a loud fan noise. So do I have just to clean up my laptop? The BSOD error code is "CRITICAL_PROCESS_STOPPED", by the way.
