loud trumpets outside

so i live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, like i don’t think i’ve ever heard two of my neighbors talk to eachother besides kids, and even then it’s generally quiet.

but one super early morning, there was these loud trumpet noises coming from outside. at first i thought it was construction but then it also sounded like flutes were playing? 

and it wasn’t chaotic like little kids were doing it, it was quite pretty, just very very weird
