trouble finding potential romantic partners?

anyone else feel like it's difficult to find people who you can potentially develop a relationship with? i feel like i see new couples spring up every other week and maybe it's just me being jealous or maybe not aware of something, but im honestly puzzled at the rate that this happens. in fairness, i really dont put myself out there. i never really felt the need to until recently since all the relationships ive been in thus far i was the one who was initially approached. idk. does anyone else feel this way?
