Can you folks (staff) add an accessibility setting to disable profile animations, or to disable one's ability to view custom CSS altogether, for people with sensitive eyes?

Custom themes are great and all, but some go way over the top, and it's an accessibility nightmare.

My idea is either an option to for a user to disable profile animations on their respective end, or an option to only view profiles in default CSS, or maybe even both.

Animations are rendered by the web browser, so if you want to block animations you'll need to find a plugin or extension for the browser you use that disables CSS animations. This isn't really something a host site can do other than outright block custom css
