has anyone here ever made a mod for new leaf before? i just started working on one to add sharks and other sea creatures as villagers in the game. curious if there are any other modders on this site :3

I really like the shark! Do all custom villagers have to replace another villager or can you just add them in without removing anyone?

@Bryce they have to replace another villager unfortunately. if i tried making a new one and added it to the game, the game wouldn't start. hopefully in the future there will be a solution to that, but as of now it just isn't possible.

okay, yeah, i've always wanted to know how to mod it to get rid of permanent rocks and to layout my houses how i want.
that would be dope.

Ah I see, it's too bad you can't just add new ones in but there are a bunch of ugly villagers to get rid of anyway! I hope you end up releasing the shark villagers because they seem really cool!
