Profile pic transparency???

I figured out how to make the main body a little transparent, but unfortunately it makes my profile pic transparent too. Anyone know how to fix that?

at what spot should I put it? :o seems to negate the transparency of the background in the spots I've tried so far. Sorry, this is my first time really doing anything with CSS :'D
