my whole life ive had oily, greasy, acne prone skin on my face. like even before i started puberty it was like that. but very recently the skin on my face has been less shiny and it feels dry when i touch it. the only change ive made recently was using a turmeric soap bar to wash my face to get rid of my acne scars. what happened

yeah but I've been washing my face for a really long time. at least 5 years. why now has my skin decided to become dry
